Under the relevant government decree and current applicable legislation, customers may cancel a purchase in writing within 8 working days if the service has not be used within this period. This right of withdrawal may be exercised from the date on which the customer enters into the contract for the service.
If you have any complaint about the service, please send a letter by post to Hibridlevél Kft., H-2400 Dunaújváros, Verebély utca 8., or send an email to ugyfelszolgalat@hibridlevel.hu. The Service Provider will assess your complaint and advise you of any action taken in writing within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of your complaint.
Install the Hybrid Letter software on your computer and open the letter you wish to send. Click on the Print option and select the printer called "Hybrid Letter – Send by post". If the addressee and the sender are in the right place, a green frame will appear around them. The frame is red if it is not right. Select the posting and production features you require and click on the "Send" button to despatch the document.
After logging in, select "Send new document" from the menu. A window will appear where you can upload the document in doc, docx or pdf format. You can send your mail as an ordinary letter, registered letter or registered letter with advice of delivery. There are three options for addressing mail: Simple letter despatch: in this case the letter contains no address. The letter contains an addressee and sender in the right place. Preparing a circular letter: there is an option to upload an address database in csv format, thus the same document can be sent to many addressees at the same time. Before finally sending the letter, you can check the production and delivery parameters as well as the cost of sending.
After you have logged in, by choosing "Send express" only the addressee needs to be completed and the letter written. Formatting options (justified and font size) can be chosen from the menu on the right. If you would like to post your letter using a special service, you can select the priority, registered and advice of delivery options here. If your letter consists of two pages or more, you can select double-sided printing.

Previous activity can only be seen on the home screen after you have logged in. If you cannot find an order you have sent previously and cannot see its status, it is possible that an error occurred during preliminary preparation. In this case please check "View my pending mail" in the menu. You can trace your letters under "Track my orders" menu.
