THE ARTS 2013: HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT II – SCEPTRE BLACK PRINT

A special black print of the commemorative miniature sheet The Arts 2013: House of Parliament II – Dome Hall (no. 23/2013 in the Stamps information leaflet) has been released as The Arts 2013: House of Parliament II – Sceptre black print. Five thousand copies of the miniature sheet, which was designed by the graphic artist Eszter Domé based on a photograph by Károly Szelényi, were produced by ANY Security Printing Company. The miniature sheet is available at selected post offices and Filaposta in Hungary from 6 December, but may also be purchased from Magyar Posta’s online store.
The stamp depicting the sceptre from the commemorative miniature sheet The Arts 2013: House of Parliament II – Dome Hall appears on the perforated image with an invalidated face value. The contour of part of the interior of the dome of the House of Parliament is printed in gold-coloured foilin the border design. The embossing and numbering on the back make the edition even more unusual. The product comes in a mount as a protective wrapping.
